Facility Services

Facility Services provided by the institute are:

  • General Housekeeping:- This includes regular cleaning of all areas within the institute premises, such as offices, classrooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas. It involves dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout.
  • Office Assistants:- Office assistants provide support to administrative staff and faculty members. This may include handling phone calls greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel or locations within the institute, and serving tea and water to the office personnel and visitors.
  • Gardeners:- Gardeners are responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of the institute. This includes planting, watering, and pruning plants and trees, mowing lawns, raking leaves, and ensuring that the outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Also includes monitoring and controlling pests that may affect the gardens and outdoor areas to maintain a healthy environment.
